My son received this as a gift and was totally excited. It worked great for 30 minutes and then quit. He didn’t run into anything, didn’t drop it, no kind of abuse at all. We changed the batteries, but still no luck. It will light up, but won’t move at all. Horrible product, but the company was even worse. It is supposed to have a “guarantee”, but when we called and e-mailed we got absolutely nowhere. The “best” offer they could make us was to give a 10% discount from their website on the same product, plus we would still have to pay shipping and handling. Why on earth would I buy a new one when this new one won’t work?!?

We bought this toy for my daughter for christmas and it was the biggest hit out of all her gifts. She loved it! But almost as soon as the fun started it was over. First the antenna broke while pulling it up. Then the back wheels stopped working and would smoke and smell when you tried to play with it! And we only used it in our living room carpet! The car is beautiful and so fun but must be very poorly made. We are hoping th eseller will refund or at best exchange. Great idea but poor quality. Virginia Shackelford

My son received this as a gift. Before it was even fully charged, the antennae broke off the remote control. Looking online there don’t seem to be replacement options. Not to mention no company name or helpful info in the written operation manual. Very disappointing.

We purchased this for our son for Christmas and immediately upon removing it from the box the lights on the wheels did not work. We considered returning it but our son said that he did not care if the lights worked or not. On the days immediately following Christmas one day the entire antenna broke and the day after that it fell of of the couch breaking the entire back wheel! We are VERY disappointed in with this item…and now our son is disappointed that one of his favorite Christmas presents now lies in ruin!
