  1. If you have a lighter type plane, don’t get this product because theres little weights on the tips if you can see in the pictures. So, at least with my plane, it doesn’t fly very well. So make sure that you believe your plane can take the weight.

Once again, I purchased for my son a product that was shipped with missing pieces. Very dissatisfied and tired of being ripped off from dishonest people looking to make a quick buck.

  3. The part is not what it is advertised as and is a cheap piece of crap that does not work worth a damn.

The toy is great – these replacement Main Rotors aren’t ……

Unless you’re a serious hobbiest and you want to completely disassemble your heli, I’d skip trying to completely change a main rotor on a havoc heli or similar Air Hog heli. If the main rotor is damaged, try just replacing the top part with the top part of the spare. Otherwise you’ll have to cut the body open, cut off the main rotor, carefully press the new one on, and relocate and replace the bearings – all without creating more damage. If you like projects – good luck – if not, just get another Air-Hog.

I replaced it completely, but I found that these particular replacement main rotors are not formed well and it was very difficult to press the new one on and have it come out straight and balanced, much less get everthing else back together.

My son was so sad to find that his Havoc Heli no longer works after installing this “replacement.” The rotor fits on, the heli lifts a bit, but will not fly.

I bought it without looking at the reviews — big mistake. The same goes for the tail rotors made by this company. Useless.
