charge it for 4-5 hours for 30 mins of game play.
does anyone know where i can get 3:1 motors for 1:16 scale tanks? im thinging about slowing most of the down to a realistic paste
does this models come with metal sprockets and idlers
hey mikey i just bought one offline too but way b4 this i got an abrams it lasted me a year or so with plastic tracks and it ran very smoothly so u should be okay with it.
Hey there – the plastic tracks are OK, I run them on all but one of my tanks (that I havent even driven…)
The only thing that’ll kill plastic tracks is spinning on concrete A LOT and driving in loose stones/woodchips – they handle sand etc OK its just the stuff that can get jammed in the sprocket that will kill tracks.
Hey, I’m getting one of the Heng Long Tiger I Tanks soon. It comes with the plastic treads and stuff (I can’t afford the new one with all metal stuff). Is it a reliable machine out of the box? Roughly how long will it, and treads in particular, last on normal terrain like in the vid (nothing too adventureous)?

Having HUGE problems with front drive wheels shedding tracks, any idea how to fix this? Or is it defective perhaps?
i need help …as well sometimes when i put the bbs in the hole they fall into the body of the tank how can i stop that?

I love these tanks. Why are the Tamiya ones so much more expensive? Better build quality or more detailed? I might get the new heng long Tiger with the metal tracks, gear box chasis etc. Just over £200.
Just sell it for nearly the same price you bought it, they generally hold their value. That or sell it at your local market.

the crystals seem to be plugged in correctley i dont really know much about RC tanks i bought for some fun lol

Tried pressing the “start” button the controller? If so, check your crystals, make sure theyre plugged in right.
I got my tank other day andt he headlights just flash and it wont work wont start up any ideas os the intstructions are useless just says it cant operate not why so i could fix it lol
that smoke unit is died, the one in my 2 tiger’s i had also (1 tiger had never run it, the onther until i re fill it…)
I got same tank as yours, but i mess up with my tank i over put a oil, and there no more smoke coming out from the tank… But i heard the smoke machine is still running could you help me out what should i do? or i just leave my tank running to drain the oil?

Yep, it basically all depends on what charger/wall-wart you got: with the 500mah you charge for 4 hours, with the 400mah you charge for 5 hours – these times are “from-flat” to fully charged.
